1. Booking Restrictions & Service Fees

  • Restrictions: Our Essential/Basic fares are 100% non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-changeable once confirmed.
  • Service Fees: We charge a fee of up to $500.00 USD per passenger to assist with new bookings, cancellations, or changes depending on ticket complexity, re-routing tools, and service requirements.
  • Fare Difference: If you make changes to an itinerary, any supplier fare difference applies on top of our service fee.

2. Waivers & Approvals

  • Waiver Rules: Refunds can only proceed if a formal request has been made to us, the fare rules allow for it, and if Fare Travel Concierge successfully secures official waivers from the underlying travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, wholesalers, cruise lines). Refunds are never guaranteed.
  • Timeline & Penalties: Suppliers charge a penalty fee for approved refunds. Processing takes time and we cannot guarantee a specific timeline. We will notify you about the supplier’s decision and will also charge our own post-ticketing service fees to process the cancellation.
  • 24-Hour Rule: Cancellations for a baseline refund are only allowed within 24 hours of booking, provided departure is at least 48 hours away. Our core agency fee ($85.00 USD) remains non-refundable.
