A. General Disclaimer & User Eligibility
Fare Travel Concierge is a professional travel agency making travel arrangements with independent third-party suppliers like airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and vacation package providers.
- Age Eligibility: By making a travel reservation through our office or website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
- Rates: Our quoted rates include service fees, taxes, and other charges. You agree to the total amount quoted when we make reservations on your behalf.
- Supplier Responsibility: We do not guarantee the products, services, or financial status of third-party suppliers. If a supplier defaults or fails to deliver a service, that supplier is solely responsible for refunds. Your legal rights are directly against the supplier.
- Disruptions & Errors: We are not responsible for website typos, price changes, flight delays, schedule changes, overbookings, cancellations, re-routing, strikes, or weather issues.
- Currency: Prices are quoted in local currency. We are not responsible for final currency conversion rates applied by banks.
- Supplier Terms: Additional supplier terms apply to your booking. You agree to review and follow those terms alongside ours.
B. Flights & Itineraries
- Names: All names must match your physical passport or ID exactly. We are not liable for boarding denials or airline change fees due to misspelled or missing names.
- Booking Window: Airlines usually confirm flights 8 to 10 months before departure. Outside this window, fares are based on estimated allowances, and a supplement may apply if taxes or market fares increase significantly before ticketing.
- Baggage & Seats: Baggage allowances vary by airline. Flights within North America and Europe often exclude luggage, starting from US$45 per bag at check-in. Advance seat selection or upgrades are subject to airline rules and extra fees.
C. Cruise Check-In
- Online Profile: Guests must complete their Cruise Personaliser and Online Check-In immediately after final payment.
- Documents: We cannot access or release your cruise tickets and luggage tags until your online check-in is complete.
D. Passports & Visas
- Validity: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months past your return date.
- Visas: Passengers are solely responsible for obtaining necessary travel visas, ESTA (USA), or eTA (Canada) before departure. Check requirements via cibtvisas.com.au.
E. Liability & Chargeback Waiver
- Agency Role: We act as a booking agent only. We are not responsible for the standard or execution of travel services provided by third-party suppliers.
- Chargeback Waiver: By signing our checkout or authorization forms, you waive your right to dispute or chargeback these transactions with your bank, provided the charges match your quoted proposal.
