- No Phone Orders: We never collect or record credit card numbers over phone calls, text messages, or emails.
- Secure Authorization Links: All card details must be entered by the client via a system-generated secure link using standard encryption (TLS 1.2 or higher).
- Secure Vault Storage: We do not store raw card numbers locally. Card data is held within a secure, encrypted credit card vault aligned with PCI DSS standards so agents can safely pass details to travel suppliers to secure your booking.
- Fulfillment & Delivery: Once payment authorization is successfully completed, your travel documents or tickets will be delivered directly to your verified email address within 24 to 48 hours.
2. Split-Transaction Billing Disclosure
To issue tickets directly with travel providers, your bank statement will show two (2) separate charges that equal your exact total quote:
- Supplier Charge: Processed directly by the airline or cruise line for your ticket.
- Agency Fee: Processed by Fare Travel Concierge for our travel management services.
